My Story
Kathy Jeffery founded Next Level Resource over a decade ago. Since then she has honed in on her life purpose to offer Coaching, HR Consulting, and Team Building solutions. Kathy has held leadership positions as Head of Human Resources at three early stage businesses and two Fortune 500 companies.
With diverse expertise in all facets of Human Resources and Organization Development, Kathy’s specialities are Talent Acquisition, Culture and Communication, Change Management, Resilience, and Leadership Coaching and Development. Kathy also has a proven track record of assisting business professionals realize their professional and personal goals.
Kathy earned a BA in Human Resource Management from DePaul University and then went on to earn her MS in Managerial Communication from Northwestern University. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is affiliated with the National Speakers’ Association (NSA) and International Coaching Federation (ICF).
To maintain a work-life balance, Kathy lives her life on purpose as an active board member for W.O.M.A.N. Inc., and still finds time to hike, kayak, dance, and spend time with her daughter.
